Pricing FAQ's
How does the 30-day free trial work?
Your 30-day trial starts when you create a community or register a company (if you are representing a property management company). After 30 days, you will receive a polite email asking you whether to continue with a paid plan or cancel your account. Please note that if you upgrade from a free account to a pay account you are not eligible for the 30-day free trial.
How did you calculate the storage?
The estimate is based on a 512KB PDF file. If you exceed your storage limit, you will just receive a polite email from us informing you of the sitution. This is just a soft limit and you and your members can still access your account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can. But you are responsible for charges already incurred up until your cancellation.
Are there per-member fees?
The per-member fees apply if you exceed the alloted members provided in the plan. For example, the $29/month plan allows for up to 40 members. For additional members, you need to pay an extra per-member fee.
Do I have to sign a long term contract?
No. You only pay as long as you want to use CondoInbox. There are no long term contracts or commitments on your part. But we do hope you stay with us for a long time.
What if I go over my user limits?
If you exceed your user limits you will receive an email from us asking you to stay with your current plan or upgrade. If you stay with your current plan, you have to remove some users to meet the limit. Otherwise, your account will be adjusted automatically after 7 days. During this time, there will be no service interruption. You and other members of your community will still be able to access your website.
Is there a separate fee for property managers ?
Property management company accounts are free. However, the fee for a company account is separate from the homeowners association account. For example, if you manage several associations, the total monthly fee would be the sum of the fees from each association (which varies depending on the number of members).
What is enhanced security?
All CondoInbox accounts are password protected for your security. Enhanced security accounts also include SSL 128-bit encryption. SSL stands for Secure Socket Layer, but what it really means is that the data sent between CondoInbox and your computer is safely encrypted from prying eyes. It's the same technology that online banks and e-commerce sites use to keep your credit card information safe.
Public & Private Pages
Public pages can be used to publish information that can be viewed by the public. For example, you can create a page with details about your property manager, or the location of the building.
Private pages can only be viewed by authorized members of your association. A member needs to login to your association account to view a private page. An example of a private page is the parking and locker assignments.
Photo Gallery
Use the photo gallery to showcase the amenities in your buildling to potential buyers and renters. Simply add photos to a public page and the gallery is automatically created for you.
Automatic Reminders
Email reminders are sent out to members when 1 day before an event or a survey due date. Association officers can also send reminders for discussions that need immediate attention of members.
Private Messages
Sometimes, issues are better discussed with a few people rather than involving everyone. Using private messages, start a private conversation with 1 or more association members. You can also share files such as individual invoices.
