We already have a condo website. Should we abandon it?

No, you don't have to. Your condo website serves a different purpose than CondoInbox. Your website is for public viewing while CondoInbox is for owners and residents only. The great news is it easy to add a link in your public website to your CondoInbox account. This requires some technical work which we will glady assist you with.

Can anyone access our website?

Access requires a secure password. Only owners, residents, property managers, or other employees you added can have access to your CondoInbox account.

Will our condo and personal information be shared with other companies?

Absolutely, not. All information is between the owners and the property management company only. We do not sell or share any information you put in CondoInbox.

Are there any contracts? Signup fees? Termination fees? Any hidden fees?

No contracts. No signup fees. No termination fees. No made-up fees. The price you pay is simply the monthly fee based on the number of users.

What happens if we change property management company?

You can transfer your condo association account to another property management without any disruption and additional cost.

Can CondoInbox work on my Blackberry or iPhone?

CondoInbox is entirely web-based. You only need a modern web browser like Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, and an Internet connection. Smartphones like Blackberry or iPhone also have web browsers than can access CondoInbox.

Is CondoInbox reliable, secure, and confidential?

CondoInbox runs on Amazon Web Services which is the same technology used by popular websites around the world. We get the same reliability as the world's biggest e-commerce website.

While we cannot guarantee a 100% fool-proof solution (no one can, actually), we take all reasonable precautions to keep your information safe and secure using multiple layers of security, redundancy, and backups.

Is our data backed up in case of an emergency?

No worries. We do daily and weekly backup of your data. We are ready to perform a full backup recovery in the event of a system-wide emergency. Not that we are hoping for an emergency but it is better to be prepared.

Can everyone see everyone else? Can I hide contact information from other people?

It is all up to you. You can choose to show your contact information to other owners or hide it.

Do you have special pricing for non-profits and cooperatives?

Yes, we do. Drop us a line at hello@condoinbox.ca and share with us your situation. You may even qualify for a free account.

We manage 100 associations. Do we need to login to every association website?

No, you don't. You only need to login once and all the associations your company manages are already accessible.

Can you customize CondoInbox for us?

Everyone who uses CondoInbox uses the same version of CondoInbox. We do offer a limited customization options like choosing your own color scheme and website design.

Can we install CondoInbox on our own server?

We don’t offer a downloadable version of CondoInbox. CondoInbox is hosted by us. We maintain the servers, the security, and all the updates/improvements so you don’t have to worry about anything.
